Professional Growth Plan

Standard 2: School culture and Instruction Program:

v     A competent school administrator is an educational leader who promotes the success of all students by advocating, nurturing, and sustaining a school culture and instruction program conducive to student learning and staff professional growth

Student instruction is one of the main goals of a school. The faculty and staff should ensure that students within the school are receiving the best instruction possible.A successful school administrator should be there to inspire the staff and provide the staff with opportunities to grow and develop.

To help me achieve this goal, I plan on maintaining a membership in the Illinois Principalís Association. The IPA provides administrators with multiple ideas through workshops and conferences that can aid a faculty in reaching its full potential.I will pass these ideas along to the staff to create an instructional program that is conducive to student learning.
